Can I replace the locks on the property after posting a 24-hour notice?
No. You cannot change the locks on the property unless you have been notified in writing by the tenant that they have moved out.
Is the tenant notified when I file a rent case against them?
Yes. They will receive the 10-day notice of intent to file from us, and when the case is filled, they will receive a copy of the summons.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm
Can I file a rent case on a tenant who has an open bankruptcy or who has filed a rent escrow
No! You must wait until the case is discharged or closed before you can file the rent action.
